SCR 17 - A federal court has ordered the Environmental
Protection Agency to decide by March 12, 2001, whether St. Louis
is in serious violation of ozone standards even though they had
been previously given until November 2003 to meet ozone
standards. This resolution asks EPS to adhere to the 2003
schedule.
